2. Description of Service

RideForti provides the following services:

• Ride-Hailing Services: Connecting riders with drivers for transportation services
• Security Guard Services: Connecting clients with security personnel for protection services
• Payment Processing: Facilitating secure payment transactions between users

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

For Riders/Passengers:

• Provide accurate pickup and destination information
• Be ready for pickup at the scheduled time
• Treat drivers with respect and courtesy
• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations

For Drivers:

• Maintain a valid driver's license and vehicle registration
• Ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness
• Provide professional and courteous service
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Complete background checks and maintain required documentation

For Security Guards:

• Maintain required security certifications and licenses
• Provide professional security services as contracted
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• Complete background checks and maintain required documentation

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of service completion. We accept various payment methods including:

• Credit and debit cards
• Digital wallets
• Bank transfers
• Cash payments (where applicable)

All prices are subject to change without notice. Service fees, taxes, and additional charges may apply.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by User:

• Rides may be cancelled up to 2 minutes after booking without penalty
• Security services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled start time
• Late cancellations may result in charges

Cancellation by Service Provider:

• We reserve the right to cancel services due to safety concerns
• Weather-related cancellations may occur for safety reasons
• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations by our service providers

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the service for illegal activities
• Harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind
• Providing false or misleading information
• Attempting to circumvent payment systems
• Interfering with the operation of the service
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Using the service while under the influence of drugs or alcohol

8. Safety and Security

9. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RideForti and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Users may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
• Use our trademarks or logos without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on our service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RideForti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RideForti and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the service

12. Privacy Policy

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RideForti operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

17. Entire Agreement
